These Terms & Conditions govern the use of this website and the purchase of goods from Unicorn Global Resources Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”), trading as UNICORN FURNITURE.

By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Eligibility

By placing an order you confirm:

  • You are at least 18 years old

  • You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts

  • The information you provide is accurate and complete

3. Orders & Acceptance

All orders are subject to availability and acceptance.

We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse or cancel any order

  • Request additional identity verification

  • Cancel orders suspected of fraud, misuse, or unauthorised resale

  • Limit quantities per household

An order confirmation email does not constitute final acceptance. Contract is formed upon dispatch.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are shown in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and cancel affected orders.

Payment must be received in full before dispatch.

5. Fraud Prevention & Verification

To protect customers and our business:

  • We may carry out payment security checks

  • We may request proof of identity or address

  • We may delay or cancel orders flagged by fraud detection systems

Where fraudulent activity is suspected, we reserve the right to share relevant transaction data with payment processors, banks, law enforcement and fraud prevention agencies.

6. Delivery

Delivery dates are estimated unless explicitly confirmed in writing.

We are not liable for delays caused by:

  • Courier disruptions

  • Weather

  • Industrial action

  • Force majeure events

If delivery is refused without prior agreement, return and handling costs will be deducted from any refund.

Risk passes to the customer upon successful delivery.

7. Title to Goods

Ownership of goods transfers only once full payment has been received and goods are delivered.

8. Inspection & Reporting

Customers must inspect goods upon delivery.

Any visible damage, shortages or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours with supporting images.

Failure to notify within this timeframe may affect claim eligibility.

9. Returns & Refunds

Returns are governed by our separate Returns & Refunds Policy.

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

10. Use of Website

You agree not to:

  • Submit false or misleading information

  • Initiate fraudulent chargebacks while retaining goods

  • Abuse promotional offers

  • Attempt to interfere with website functionality

  • Scrape, crawl or extract data

  • Use our brand name or content without permission

11. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

If a payment dispute or chargeback is initiated while goods remain in the customer’s possession:

  • We reserve the right to provide delivery confirmation, inspection reports, communications and condition evidence to the payment provider

  • We reserve the right to pursue recovery of goods or funds through legal channels

Customers are encouraged to contact us directly to resolve concerns before initiating disputes.

12. Intellectual Property

All content, images, branding, product descriptions and materials are the intellectual property of Unicorn Global Resources Ltd.

Unauthorised use, copying or reproduction is prohibited.

13. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for:

  • Death or personal injury caused by negligence

  • Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation

  • Any liability that cannot be excluded under UK law

Subject to the above, our liability is limited to the value of the goods purchased.

14. Force Majeure

We are not liable for failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales.

Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
